Our role is to help you to find a property, to provide you with all the legal paperwork to agree a tenancy and to be there to answer questions along the way. Besides that, we assist you with any number of other aspects of your move. We work hard so you don’t have to..

 Getting Started
We have a great selection of houses and flats for rent, many of which are exclusive to us. To get your search under way, email and provide a profile on yourself as well as set out your requirements. With our multitude of offers, we have the ideal rental home for you.
 Viewing Tours
Once you have selected the properties you'd like to view, we will arrange viewings at a time that suits you. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Schedule a showing’ on the property details. We have extended our opening hours to include late evening and weekend viewings, and will do our best to meet your viewing requirements, subject to property availability. You will always be accompanied by a member of our staff.
 Choose Your Home
Once you have identified a suitable property you will be required to complete an application for tenancy where you may state any special conditions of the offer and provide your identification document and work contract. We will then communicate this offer to the landlord.
 The Paperwork
If your offer is accepted we will arrange signing of the Tenancy Agreement. A copy of the tenancy agreement will be sent to you to read and make sure you are happy with the content. We will make an appointment for you to come into our office to sign the tenancy documents and pay all outstanding funds.
 Assistance Fees
When we find you an apartment or house we charge 1 month rent as assistance fees (excluding 21% vat). Our personal and professional approach to renting your home is based on the clear No Cure No Pay principle. You only pay for success! If you don’t manage to find your new home? Then, you pay nothing for our services!
 Checking In
A professionally produced and detailed inventory is used to list the condition of fixtures and fittings at the beginning and end of the tenancy to avoid any disagreements. The inventory lists all furnishings, fixtures, fittings plus their condition.

Congratulations! When the paperwork is signed, the rent and deposit paid and a check in completed you’ll be handed the keys to your new home and can get down to the business of enjoying your new home and its surroundings.
