Commission Fees

When we find you an apartment or house we charge 1 month rent as commission.(all prices are excluding 19.0% vat). If contract is less than 5 months commission is 50% of the rental price. Deposit for apartments and houses will be 1 or 2 months rent or a bankguarantee. Duration of rental agreements differ. Some properties are available for minimum 1 year only. As soon as you have found a property from our portfolio, we will discuss the relevant conditions with the landlord. These conditions may concern: rate, availability and equipment or facilities in the property. Once we have come to an agreement with the landlord, a rental agreement will be drawn up. For the rental agreement we need the following documents:For a private lease: - A copy of passport- A copy of employment contract .For a company lease: - A copy of the tenants passport- A copy of the registration form of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 6 months) - A copy of the passport of the proxy according to the registration form of the Chamber of Commerce
